When you are on a contact, you can now view ALL appointments your contact has scheduled with your entire team. We used to show you the appointments you scheduled, we now show the appointments your team scheduled also. We have also added a new column to show who scheduled the appointment.

We’ve added new functionality to the Duplicate Contact Report. You can now add a contact from the Duplicate Contact Report to ClientTouch. This will allow you to export a copy of the duplicates, or print a list, before you delete them.
Click the ClientTouch icon to add them to ClientTouch. When the ClientTouch icon is green, the contact is included in your ClientTouch workgroup.

We’ve enhanced the notes about a sent email. If you are using a template to send out an email, the template name and subject will now both be included in the contact note about the email. If you do not use a template, you will continue to see just the subject line.
This is what your notes will look like going forward:
Work with your referrals as a group. Send an email or mail a letter to all of your contacts that were referred by the same person. Use the new Send Referral Contacts to ClientTouch button in the Referrals Tab on any contact.

We’ve made it easy for you to work with a group of Related Contacts. When you are on a Contact and want to perform an action, like send an email or letter to the Related Contacts, you can now use the new Send Related Contacts to ClientTouch feature. Then use the ClientTouch Actions with that new workgroup.
