We’ve made it so that you may make changes to your advanced searches and update a saved search without having to rename the search and save it as new. When saving a search, choose Update Existing Saved Search and choose which search you are updating.
When you are in a saved search, there will now be a note at the top of the Advanced Search page identifying which saved search you are viewing.

This new option in Action Sets pauses an Action Set until a set time of Day. If you want an email or notification to go out at a certain time, use the Pause Until Time of Day.

Confirm Consent of an Opted-In Contact
When you want to confirm a contact wants to continue to receive information from you, use our Mail Merge Field Opt-In Confirmation Link.
Customize your Home screen to include multiple tabs. You can now have more widgets saved with multiple views.
Right-click on the Home screen and then select Customize. Use the Add Tab button in the top right to add new tabs. Right click on the tab name to re-name, move or delete.
When you are working in a Deal, you may have multiple people involved. You can now use the Send Related Contacts to ClientTouch from the deal details to then Email all of the group, or perform another action. This makes it fast and easy to communicate with everyone involved in a transaction.
When you are looking for a template in a drop down, you will now see a Recent folder option. This will make finding a template you just edited faster. For example, if you are looking to send an Email Blast, you can click to the list of templates and select the Recent folder. It will show you the last few templates you edited.
