Automate Your Workflow within VoiceTouch Extensions

You may now trigger Intelligent Actions within VoiceTouch. When editing or adding extensions, you are able to set up Actions that are associated with that Extension.

When a caller selects an extension, you can create a new contact if one doesn’t already exist with the same phone number, assign a Flag or run an Action Set.

Customize the Contact Tabs

We recently asked what features you wanted to see added to AllClients and you gave us some great ideas! Based on your input, we’ve already added Automated Workflow to Deal Statuses,¬†Video Email, Autoresponder Status Views, and single To-Do’s in Action Sets.

We’re now adding the ability to customize Contact Tabs. You can rearrange the tabs so the most important is first and hide tabs that you don’t use. Watch to see how easy it is to use.CustomizeTabsVideo
